-We unfortunately do not offer makeup lessons.
-All Students are entitled to one (1) credit per term. This credit must be organised before the completion of the term. If not, the credit is considered void.

At Home Lessons
-We must be given one (1) hours’ notice (text only) if you need to cancel a lesson. Failure to do so MAY result in a “late notice fee”, which is fifty percent (50%) of the original lesson price. This “late notice fee” will be added to the total amount of the next lesson price.
-If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, illness) you will be provided a makeup lesson, which must be used within four (4) weeks.
-All communication is to be conducted through either email or text.
-You take responsibility of maintaining the pool, and that it is safe and suitable for classes.
-If you have group classes in your pool, you understand that you will have students and caregivers on your premise, we take no responsibility for any damaged caused.
-Only the student whose name is on the loyalty card is eligible for the fifty percent (50%) off the tenth (10th) lesson.
